En localidades como Chapinero, Santa Fe y Kennedy no hay una sola c\u00e1mara de videovigilancia de la Secretar\u00eda de Seguridad funcionando en estos espacios. En el caso de La Candelaria, ni siquiera tienen c\u00e1maras instaladas. Esta situaci\u00f3n es grave, pues los j\u00edbaros se aprovechan de esta falencia y usan colegios para sus negocios ilegales poniendo en riesgo a ni\u00f1os y j\u00f3venes\u201d, dijo Barrios.\u00a0 \u00a0<\/span><\/p><p><span style=\"color: var( --e-global-color-text ); font-family: var( --e-global-typography-text-font-family ), Sans-serif; font-weight: var( --e-global-typography-text-font-weight ); text-align: var(--text-align);\">El concejal pidi\u00f3 al Distrito enfocarse en resolver esta situaci\u00f3n y adoptar un plan de acci\u00f3n. \u201cSon 149 c\u00e1maras de la Secretar\u00eda de Seguridad en entornos educativos las que est\u00e1n fuera de servicio por obsolescencia tecnol\u00f3gica, lo que quiere decir que no pueden recibir actualizaciones y que cumplieron su vida \u00fatil. En ese sentido, tienen que ser renovadas y es deber de la administraci\u00f3n distrital hacerlo\u201d, dijo.\u00a0<\/span><\/p><p><span style=\"color: var( --e-global-color-text ); font-family: var( --e-global-typography-text-font-family ), Sans-serif; font-weight: var( --e-global-typography-text-font-weight ); text-align: var(--text-align);\">Barrios tambi\u00e9n revel\u00f3 videos que ponen en evidencia el consumo de drogas en entornos educativos. Solicit\u00f3 a la Secretar\u00eda de Educaci\u00f3n atender las mesas de trabajo a las que se le convoca con el fin de sacar adelante una Semana Distrital de Prevenci\u00f3n al Consumo de Drogas.\u00a0<\/span><\/p><p><span style=\"color: var( --e-global-color-text ); font-family: var( --e-global-typography-text-font-family ), Sans-serif; font-weight: var( --e-global-typography-text-font-weight ); text-align: var(--text-align);\">\u201cEstamos viendo a una Secretar\u00eda indolente, a la que pareciera no preocuparle el elevado consumo de sustancias psicoactivas por parte de menores de edad. Van tres mesas de trabajo a las que los convocamos y brillan por su ausencia. Desde mi curul seguir\u00e9 trabajando porque esa Semana de Prevenci\u00f3n sea una realidad\u201d, dijo el concejal.\u00a0<\/span><\/p><p><span style=\"color: var( --e-global-color-text );
